Our boiler had broken down, we had a engineer called Connor call the very next day. We have three year old and had been without hot water so where glad to have someone come so quickly. He managed to find the problem and replace a faulty part there and then and got the boiler working again. Very polite, explained the problem and managed to carry out repair very swiftly. Excellent service! Thank you Connor!

Just had my annual boiler service by Connor. Very polite and knowledgeable gentleman, telephoned me to say he was on his way and arrived exactly when promised. A very professional service. Would recommend.

Fantastic service - boiler problem was diagnosed within minutes and the required spares ordered, delivered and fitted within 36 hours. Connor called to confirm the appointment and completed the repair quickly.

My old boiler was on its last legs. I had a leaflet through the door from South West Energy Services Ltd and I contacted Scott Goodbourn about finance and time to install a new one. No pressure from Scott gave me a quote, which was very competitive. The finance was easy to understand and had a reply within minutes. The Engineers were polite and helpful and installed with in a week. I have nothing but praise for Scott, all paperwork was emailed to me. I had a small problem which was a small dent in the cover, which was sorted out in a few days. I recommend anybody that need a new boiler to contact Scott the Installation Manager

My boiler stopped working and we had no hot water, after a terrible experience with another local company that had left me with no hot water for over two weeks, I was recommended South West Energy Services by a friend. I called on Friday morning and my boiler was fixed within 4 hours, Paul the engineer was amazing and finally a company that actually carried the parts required to fix my boiler on their vans. Top Service by top people. Highly recommended!

Just had my annual boiler service. Connor was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. Without even looking he diagnosed a fault purely on my description and then confirmed that diagnosis when he examined the boiler. A new pressure vessel was fitted which the engineer carried in his van. Over the years I have had nothing but good service from South West Energy Services. That's what you'd expect from a company owned by an ex RN Engineer!

Called south west energy out to service our boiler last week. They came out the same day and found a small leak in the boiler. The engineer went and got the part and carried out the repair all within 2 hours and I was even given a price for a new boiler as I am considering replacing ours in the near future. Very happy with the service i've received and would recommend to all in Plymouth area.

After a scare with a gas leak Southwest Energy were contacted by our Home Emergency Cover to find the problem. Whilst the issues were complicated I was particularly impressed with the customer service we received from Conor. He was extremely helpful and met all the challenges with professionalism and positivity.

Unfortunately very disappointed. SWES quoted works over £500 to resolve hot water issues, actual fix was one new part (DHW temp sensor) for less than £5! Your response below will be tested with time (I will update my review...3 weeks of hot water so far...) and a full investigation by the insurance company in question. I was considerate to leave out other disappointing aspects of your service. A good response would be to reach out to the customer and understand the full detail.

Conor arrived promptly, having made the call to say that he was on his way. He analysed the problem with the central heating. He explained what he did in language that we could understand, and was most helpful and personable.

Boiler broke down on the Saturday morning, within 24hrs we had an engineer out and diagnosed the issue. Order parts and came back within 48 hours after that, fitted and fixed. Can't fault the service. Excellent customer service and friendly engineers. Would highly recommend this company 5/5!

Called to book my annual service they were very accommodating with the dates available and sent two very pleasant engineers to carry out the service. They left everything clean and tidy.

Had my yearly boiler check done the guy was on time very clean outstanding polite and I would give this service a 10 out of 10 definitely recommend to my friends and family thank you home serve

Reported fault. Engineer Adam came and replaced the faulty part. Checked everything was ok. Very happy with how he ensured that boiler was all up and running. Would recommend.

So.. my boiler has just been serviced by Chris from South West Energy Services. As a former British Gas customer I was unsure what their service would be like. The appointment was booked between 8 & 1pm. Chris called about 15 minutes before he arrived. Servicing completed with no issues. very friendly & he didn't mind my Bernese dog barking at him.. I recommend anyone who wants to move away from British Gas to give this company a try.
